Each institution's data is fully isolated — no institution can see another's. We use encryption and regular backups.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed via bKash/Nagad/Rocket. We do not store your full card or MFS PIN.

You may request to view, correct or delete your data and to export your institution's data. Contact us at the address below.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal purposes; after that it is securely deleted.
