Digital Skul ("we") is a school management platform. By using our website, app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
We provide tools to run an institution — attendance, fees, exams, a website, online payments and a mobile app. The service may be updated or changed from time to time.
3. Accounts & responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. False information or unauthorized use is prohibited.
4. Plans & payment
We offer free and premium plans. Premium plans may include a one-time setup fee and a monthly charge; any trial is stated on the plan. We reserve the right to change prices and will notify you before doing so.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to attempt to breach system security. We may suspend accounts that do so.
6. Your data
Each institution's data is kept isolated and secure. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. After closure, you will have a reasonable window to export your data.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes; continued use after a change means you accept it.
